Eligbility:
1) The JRF qualified candidates in CSIR-UGC NET 2024 / UGCNET 2024 (July / Dec. 2024) as per the UGC (Minimum standards and procedure for Award of Ph.D. Degree) Regulations 2022.
2) The candidates who qualified in Category 2 (i.e. qualified for Appointment as Assistant Professor and admission to Ph.D.) and Category 3 (i.e. qualified for admission to Ph.D. only) based on CSIR-UGC NET 2024 / UGC-NET 2024 (July / Dec. 2024).
3) The candidates who have been selected for the award of Junior Research Fellowship under the schemes of National Fellowship for Other Backward Classes (NFOBC), National Fellowship for Scheduled Caste students (NFSC) and Maulana Azad National Fellowship for Minority Students (MANF) as per UGC Notification F.No.82-44/2020 (SA_III) dated 17.12.2020 shall be treated on par with candidates who have qualified in UGC-CSIRNET with JRF and also qualified for UGC-NET / CSIR-NET Ph.D. Admission only, for admission into the Ph.D. programmes of the University. These candidates could be admitted at the beginning of monsoon and winter semesters, on the recommendation of the Ph.D. Admission Committee.
