Applications are invited for Admission into Ph.D. Programme in Rabindranath Tagore University for 2025-26, Academic Session. The vacancy positions for Ph.D. Admission of the following academic departments for which applications are invited is given below:

Instructions:
1. Log in to ->https://rtuassam.ac.in/online/ -> Ph.D. Programme -> New Enrolment.
2. A registration fee of Rs. 3000/- has to be deposited online.
3. In order to be exempted from the Ph.D entrance examination candidates are asked to submit their certified Ph.D. score (NET/JRF), if available.
4. Candidates are advised to check the filled in application in all aspects before pressing the submit button. Once the application is submitted, it cannot be modified.
5. Save the PDF generated after submission of online form for future correspondence.
6. Final semester PG appearing / appeared students can apply for this Ph.D. program subject to completion of their Master Degree with required percentage on or before 30th September, 2025.
Important Dates:
1. Commencement of ONLINE form fill up: 1st May, 2025.
2. Last date ONLINE form submission: 15th May, 2025.
3. Date of Entrance Examination, Question pattern and other details will be notified in the“Ph.D. Programme’’ section of RTU website in University Website(www.rtuassam.ac.in).
