UGC-NET June 2026 Notification Out

The National Testing Agency (NTA), on behalf of the University Grants Commission (UGC), has officially released the notification for the UGC-NET June 2026 examination. The online registration portal is now live from 29th April 2026.
This is your chance to qualify for:
- Award of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and appointment as Assistant Professor
- Appointment as Assistant Professor and admission to Ph.D.
- Admission to Ph.D. only
The exam will be conducted for 87 subjects in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode.

- Click on the UGC-NET June 2026 registration link.
- Complete New Registration using your valid email ID and mobile number (or use Meri Pehchaan – Single Sign-On service for convenience).
- Fill in personal, educational, and contact details carefully.
- Choose your subject (must match your post-graduation) and preferred exam cities.
- Upload scanned documents: Photograph, Signature, and Category/PwD certificate (if applicable).
- Pay the application fee online (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking/UPI).
- Submit the form and take a printout for future reference.
